Every winter, we usually take off to warmer climates and often end up at one of California’s scenic golf resorts. This year it was in Palm Desert. There are so many great golf courses and resorts in the Golden State that it’s almost a chore deciding where to travel to for the next next holiday. But I’m not complaining!
The state of California is home to some most scenic and posh golf resorts in the world. California offers such a diverse range of climate and terrain. From blazing desert heat to fairways lined with majestic Torrey pines to sea splashed fairways, it has it all. Each golf course will give you a totally unique experience. Of course the weather is great and the resorts are luxurious. 
Many of the California golf resorts feature world famous golf links such as Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines, Murietta, Indian Wells, La Costa, PGA West and many others. In all, there are over 1400 golf courses in the California.
The resorts themselves feature all the amenities that you would expect from 4 and 5 Diamond properties. They feature a wide variety of attractions to keep you and your family entertained for your whole vacation. Tennis courts, luxury spas, gambling casinos, theme parks, swimming pools, fine dining and pet friendly hotels are features of many of these resorts.
